Post Name : Assistant Female Field Executive

Total Post : 01

Education Qualification : Masters/ Bachelors in Social Work, Rural Development preferred.

Language Proficiency : Gujarati (mandatory), Basic Hindi and English communication skills

Experience : Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in community mobilization or livelihood projects will be given preference

Salary : Rs.15,000/-pm

Key Responsibilities : 

• Assist the Field Project Coordinator in mobilizing rural women and youth for trainings and enterprise development. 

• Coordinate and support field-level training activities, ensuring smooth implementation of project activities. 

• Provide handholding support to entrepreneurs for business setup, operations, and reporting. 

• Conduct field visits, group meetings, awareness sessions, and data collection. 

• Ensure regular follow-ups with entrepreneurs and SHG groups. 

• Maintain records, collect success stories, and submit timely field updates and reports.


Other Requirements : 

• Must be comfortable with travel within and outside Anand district. • Must own a two-wheeler and possess a driving license. 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage for reporting purposes
